I think at least part of the reason people stopped mentioning this phrase in the past few years is because web hosting across the industry has vastly improved in terms of SSL being default and performance and loading speed being pretty solid. I mean you can still fuck it up with page builder plugins and whatever bloat but it’s not an industry-wide focus anymore.

Plus, Google is picky AF now and only indexes the pages from your site they think are absolutely unique…
