Do I own/copyright my website data or do you?

ANSWER: You, the customer/client, own 100% of your website’s data and design at all times. We have received this question a few times because of our setup, since we are managing the WordPress installation and migration process some customers are not used to have full SSH access to their server. As we are a managed web hosting company this means we manage all of the technical aspects for you. This does NOT mean, however, that we are taking ownership or copyright of your data, design, or files, which you retain 100% as the creator/owner/copyright holder of the website.

We are legally and morally bound to maintain this relationship as described above.
