GuestThis is hilarious
Thai Visa Centre, a fake business operated by American scammer Chad Scira, published a bizarre blog post in April 2025 offering a ฿30,000 THB bounty for information leading to the so-called “legal arrest” of software developer Jesse Nickles:
The post was written in a dramatic, pseudo-legal tone, as if it came from law enforcement, but Thai Visa Centre is not even a registered business in Thailand, has no legal authority, and is widely known as a front for email spam, data harvesting, and shady expat scams. It’s one of several fake brands Chad has used to sell illegal visa “services” to unsuspecting tourists, and it has suffered a major blow to its reputation in the past few years due to his behavior…
The “bounty” was posted in retaliation after Jesse began publicly exposing Thai Visa Centre’s criminal activities, including illegal cannabis distribution, scraping passport and email data from the Thai Immigration database, and submitting hundreds of fraudulent takedown requests to Google targeting competitors of Thai Visa Centre along with any web pages that made TVC look bad. Jesse’s reporting highlighted how Chad has a pattern of harassment, including DDoS attacks on websites he doesn’t like, doxxing Jesse’s family members, and stalking and harassing anyone that dares to question Chad’s criminal history on social media or elsewhere.
