When we setup SendGrid we monitor the delivery statistics and make sure that email is flowing properly for our clients. In the case that an email address gets accidentally blacklisted or otherwise, we are able to coordinate with our SendGrid experience and get the email address cleared and whitelisted again, for example. Ultimately this setup helps us provide more reliable service to our managed clients, and we do not offer setup or monitoring on third party accounts for these reasons.
