Can we have multiple CodeGuard logins (i.e. for clients)?

ANSWER: Yes! No problem. If you are an agency/developer who wants their client or partner to have access to CodeGuard backups, we can add them easily as another user to whatever website backups. However, we do ask that their email address matches the domain so that we can ensure security and privacy. In other words, while the primary CodeGuard login can be whatever your LittleBizzy account is (i.e. [email protected]) any additional logins to that CodeGuard profile should match the domain in question, for example [email protected] … but if you have another developer at your agency (i.e. [email protected]) we unfortunately will not be able to add them. We created this policy to ensure the highest degree of security possible while still affording a client/website access to their data as well as their developer/agency.
