ANSWER: For various reason, many new or existing customers prefer to get in touch with us first before ordering a new hosting plan. Sometimes, this is to ask us for our recommended plan based on their traffic and site structure. Other times, its to confirm we are still alive (etc).
In short, if you know which hosting plan you need, simply visit our hosting page and click “Order Now” on the plan you wish to order. Then, that plan will be in your shopping cart. Next, order any extra Services you want (i.e. SSL, SendGrid, etc) for the related website you will be hosting. These items will also be added to your shopping cart while keeping your hosting plan in the shopping cart as well.
Finally, after you verify the contents of your shopping cart are correct, scroll down on the Cart page and click the Checkout button. This checkout page will ask you to verify your name, contact info, billing information, credit card information (or which saved card on file you wish to use). If everything looks good, click Place Order at the very bottom of the page. To speed up the free migration process, you can then email our team with the WP admin, cPanel, FTP, SSH, or other connection information that you have for your old hosting company’s server.
Our team will migrate your site free of charge which is usually complete within 24-48 hours.
